AFCAT Application Form 2022: Steps to Fill Form, Login and Upload Documents

AFCAT Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the AFCAT exam, candidates need to make sure they are eligible. For your convenience, the AFCAT eligibility criteria for various branches/courses are listed below.

AFCAT Application Form: Documents Required

Candidates must have the following documents ready in the approved format in order to fill out the AFCAT Application Form. The following are the documents:

5. The login credentials will then be emailed to this address.

• Candidates can click the ‘Continue to Part 3’ option after filling out all of the required information.
• Following that, candidates must enter the subjects in their graduation.
• Choose a course and an examination city.
• They will have to select between Flying Ground Duty (Technical) Ground Duty and Ground Duty (Non-Technical)

Note: The IAF reserves the right to assign branches based on their suitability and the availability of vacancies, regardless of the selections made.

Candidates must include their NCC Air Wing “C” Serial Number, Name of NCC Unit, and Year, if applicable. Candidates who appeared for AFSB/SSB: Batch number, location of passing, days, and source of AFCAT 2022 information. Candidates who have passed the GATE examination: year of examination and GATE score

Step 3: Upload Documents and Application Fees

• Step 1: Fill in the remaining personal information requested in the form and move on to the next stage.
• Step 2: In the specified format, upload high-quality scanned images of a passport-size photograph, signature, and right thumb impression.
• Step 3: After that, choose whether to pay the application cost online or offline.
• Step 4: The INR 250 application fee must be paid by debit/credit card or net banking. Download the challan and pay at HDFC/Axis bank to make an offline payment.
• Step 5: Before pressing the ‘SUBMIT’ button, carefully ‘PREVIEW’ your application.
• Step 6: Print out the completed application form.

AFCAT Application Form Correction Window

Only candidates who finish the AFCAT application process on time are eligible for the AFCAT rectification window, which is opened by the IAF. All applicants, however, are recommended to submit all information carefully and correctly, rather than waiting for the AFCAT correction opportunity.

Candidates will have the option of changing their father’s and mother’s names, gender, photo signature, and post preference. Corrections to the AFCAT application form do not require payment of a charge.
