In July 2022, NHAI will publish a formal announcement for the position of Deputy Manager on its website. NHAI Recruitment Application Form 2022

Candidates must make sure they apply for the exam only after reviewing the prerequisites. For candidates to be eligible to take the exam, the application forms are available on the official website and can be filled out online. To guarantee that the application forms are properly filled out, the following factors must be taken into account.

Step 1: Registration Process

  1. During recruitment, candidates should have a legitimate personal email ID that is active. The registered email address will be used to provide the user ID, password, filled-out application form, and other necessary communications.
  2. The applicant should go to www.nhai.gov.in on the NHAI website to submit an online application. You can use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to open the link.
  3. Select Vacancies from the About Us menu, then click on Current. Select “Online application” after clicking on the appropriate recruitment posting.
  4. Then, fill out the application registration details (Name, Email, Mobile Number, Password, Re-type Password) and click the “Submit” button to register by clicking “New Registration.” A User ID and Password will be sent to the candidates at their registered email addresses. The registered email address that was supplied in the application registration details will serve as the user ID.

Step 2: Application Form

Candidates must fill out the application for the NHAI recruitment following the procedures outlined below after successfully enrolling on the official website:

  1. Re-login and complete the required fields.
  2. The following documents must be uploaded: a scanned copy of your passport-sized colour photo, your necessary academic and professional credentials, and your promotion/appointment order. The file size of each document cannot exceed 1 MB.
  3. Press the “Next” button.
  4. Viewing the application preview is possible.
  5. There are buttons for “Final Submit” and “Preview.” Candidates should fill out the online application with the utmost attention and accuracy. Prior to the application’s final submission, the candidate can EDIT the information. Once submitted, the application form cannot be changed.
  6. Click “Final Submit” to finish submitting the online application if the applicant is satisfied with the data. By May 24, 2022, you can submit the online application.
  7. The “PDF” format containing the information given by the applicant will be generated when the online application form has been submitted. The applicant must print the online application form and have it forwarded by the parent department together with the “Verification Certificate” and a certified copy of the APARs/A.C.Rs.

NHAI Recruitment Admit Card 2022

Generally 10 days before the exam, the NHAI will make the admit card distribution date known on its official website. Candidates must carefully review all the information on the admission card, including the name, seat number, title of the opening, location, date, and time of the exam.

Steps to Download NHAI Recruitment Admit Card 2022

The actions that must be taken in order to download the NHAI admit card are stated below.

  1. Use the username and password to access the NHAI’s official website at https://nhai.gov.in.
  2. You can find a link to the admit card on the homepage after logging in.
  3. When you click the link, a list of all the open positions will show; select the position you applied for.
  4. A dialogue box will appear on the screen asking for information such as the registration number, birth date, etc.

NHAI Recruitment Selection Process 2022

To be chosen for various positions with the NHAI, candidates must adhere to a specific procedure. To appear for the following rounds, each round must be completed. The choice procedure is described below.

Candidates will be allowed to take a computer-based test provided they meet the required eligibility requirements (essential qualification, experience, and age) (C.B.T.). The NTA Recruitment Portal will provide qualified candidates with online access to the release of the admit card. At least seven days prior to the C.B.T., the Candidates will be notified by automated email or SMS to access their respective Admit Cards.

Part-I and Part-II of the C.B.T. test will be administered. There will be 100 questions in each section. For General/OBC/EWS candidates, the qualifying marks for Part II of the CBT will be 30%, while for S.C., S.T., and P.W.D. candidates, the qualifying points will be 20%. One mark will be deducted for every four incorrect answers, giving a negative marking ratio of 1:4.

After the CBT, the eligible list of candidates who have been shortlisted based on merit will be requested to attend a 1:5 interview ratio in New Delhi. The Call Letter, which will be distributed electronically via the NTA recruitment portal as described above, will provide the date, time, and location of the Interview. At least seven days prior to the interview date, the shortlisted candidates will be notified via a public notice, automatic email, and SMS to download their respective Call Letters.

The following criteria will be used to create the final Merit List of candidates for the Post, which will be generated in a 1: 3 ratio:

If two or more applicants from the same category receive equal marks and are on the final merit list, the following factors will be taken into account:

Candidates who received the best scores on the C.B.T. Part-II test would be given higher merit placements.
The candidates with better qualifications will be ranked higher on the merit list if their scores on the C.B.T. Part-II examination are equal.
The candidate who received higher marks in higher qualifications will be put higher on the merit list if the C.B.T. Part-II examination and qualification marks are also the same.

Verification of Documents

  • Before the interview and translation test, the shortlisted candidates’ online-submitted documents and testimonials will be physically examined.
  • The selected candidates’ online-submitted documents and testimonials will be physically verified by the NHAI.
  • Only after NHAI has successfully verified all necessary documents will a letter of appointment be provided.
  • A successful candidate shall lose his or her position (as appropriate) if it is discovered at any point in the hiring process or even after the appointment that they provided false information or documents in support of the eligibility requirements as stated in their online application form. According to the law, they will be subject to punishment.
  • Examining Round
  • The candidates’ personalities will be evaluated during the interview process. The next round of selection will heavily weigh current affairs knowledge. For the purposes of creating the final merit list, the interview will be worth 10 marks.
