The PGD in Services Management is a one-year curriculum that is divided into two semesters. The course is designed to provide qualified applicants with the abilities they’ll need to succeed in the constantly changing housing finance industry, as well as to develop subject understanding and skills. A B.E./ B. Engineering, Medicine, Chartered Accountancy (ICAI), Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWAI), Chartered Secretary (ICSI), and Law degree holders may also register.
Candidates who have taken their last year’s examinations in a suitable Bachelor’s degree program and have yet to pass it are also eligible to join, provided that they complete their Bachelor’s degree program/ graduate within a set time frame.
Acceptance to the program is granted based on the results of a suitable qualifying examination and a subsequent round of interviews, or, in most circumstances, direct admission.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview –
Several institutions hold these rounds between February and March.
