• Course: It is held for the Engineering course.
• Exam Mode: The AP EAMCET 2024 exam is a Computer-based test held online mode.

AP EAMCET 2024 Online Test Guidelines

AP EAMCET 2024 will be conducted in online mode as it is a computer-based test. The candidates must know the method of attempting the question available in the optical response sheet that appears on the computer screen. Refer to the following details given below about the optical response sheet:

• The questions will appear once at a time in both English and Telugu languages.
• The questions from PCM/ BiPC will have a different section
• Then the candidates need to carefully select the section to start the exam.
• They can switch the section at any time while attempting the exam.
• From the Selected section, the first question will appear on the computer screen.
• On the right side of the screen, you will find the question palette containing the question number. You need to click on that plus you can directly go to the numbered question.
• There is a choice to shuffle or switch between questions in any order and in any section while attempting the question as per your choice.
• To choose the answer, the candidates can do any one of the following stated options:
• Firstly, you need to select the option that you want to mark as your response. Then click on ‘Save & Next to save the response, and then proceed with the next question.
• The students also have the option to review the already marked response. For that, you need to click on ‘Mark for Review and Next. After that, save the response while attempting the questions.
• In case you want to change your answer or want to select another option then you need to click on ‘Clear response’.
• The answer that is Marked for Review will be considered as the final answer while evaluating the answer.
• To increase or decrease the question font size the students need to choose options of ‘Zoom In’ or ‘Zoom Out.
• Then the candidates need to click on the ‘Instructions’ button, then they can view the exam’s general instructions.
• As soon you need to select the ‘I am ready to begin button’, the countdown timer will start. On the top right corner of the screen, the remaining time will be displayed in the timer for the candidates to complete the test. The exam will end itself when the timer reaches zero. The responses will be saved automatically in the computer system, even if the applicants do not click on the ‘Submit button.
• At the end of the exam, an exam summary will appear that contains details such as the Name of the Subject, Total questions that have been marked as answered, marked for review, not answered, and un-attempted. After that, the candidates need to click on the “Yes” option to confirm the information.
• The candidates can clear their doubts in the exam hall in the presence of an invigilator before the commencement of the exam. After the exam starts then the invigilators will not clears any kind of doubts.
