Students who are seeking to take admission in 2-years diploma courses of D.El.Ed. and DPSE then they must have to fill the application form of DIET Delhi and every year this examination is conducted by SCERT, Delhi.
Interested candidates can fill the application form for Delhi DIET in online mode. The age of candidates should be more than 24 years and have passed in class XII with a minimum of 50% marks.

Students who are going to take admission in 2- years diploma courses offered by Delhi DIET then they first have to check all the eligibility criteria instructed by Delhi DIET. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in class XII by SCERT, Delhi.
If two or more two applicants have exactly the same marks and percentage then the merit list will be prepared on the following basis.
Those applicants whose name appears on the merit list have to report for the document verification process. It is necessary to present there, at the time of the document verification process. If the applicants are unable to present physically then, in this case, their guardian can report to the DIET Principal along with all necessary documents, handwritten requests from the applicants, and also cause of absence. Once the documents become verified then they are eligible for selection. The following documents are needed for the document verification process.

The name of selected applicants will be released by the State Counselling of Education and Research Training Center (SCERT) on the official website of SCERT Delhi. Applicants can check their names on the final merit list by visiting the official website.

The minimum eligibility criteria for Delhi DIET are as follows-
The applicant should have passed class XII with a minimum of 50% marks.
For those applicants who have completed their Intermediate from the CBSE board then for them, the top five subjects will be considered in calculating marks.
The age of applicants should not be more than twenty-four years.
The Delhi DIET offeres two types of diploma courses such as D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) and DPSE (Diploma in Pre School Education).
