TS PGLCET 2023: Online registration for the TS PGLCET 2023 will begin in March 2023. The exam will take place on May 25, 2023. Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TS PGLCET each year for admissions to LLM courses offered by colleges in the Telangana State. Students must ensure that they have completed their LLB or equivalent with 50% marks. The admit card will be released by the Osmania University in May 2023. TS PGLCET will be conducted online only. There will be 120 questions in total in the comprising of the syllabus from legal studies. The total time duration of the exam will be 90 minutes only. A merit list will be declared based on marks secured by each candidate in the TS PGLCET.

TS PGLCET 2023 Application Form

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will release TS PGLCET application forms in March. Students interested in pursuing LLM from Telangana must give an attempt to TS PGLCET and fill the application form accordingly.

Steps to fill TS PGLCET 2023 Application form:

Students who are interested in filling the TS PGCET 2023 application form must ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before considering the application. The detailed steps to be followed by a student while filling the TS PGLCET application form are given below:

Step 1: Applicants must visit the official website and get themselves registered by entering their basic details.

Step 2: Next, the applicant is required to pay the application fee through online mode. Applicants can also check the status of their payment by clicking on “know your payment status” link on the homepage.

Step 3: Now, the applicant needs to click on “Proceed to fill application form”.

Step 4: On the homepage, the applicant needs to click on “Fill application form” followed by entering personal as well as educational details.

Step 5: The applicant is now required to select the exam centre as per their preference. Photograph and signature must be uploaded as per the requirement of size.

Step 6: Finally, take out the print of the application form along with payment receipt.

Application Fee: 

The application fee for TS PGLCET will be Rs. 1000/- for general category students while it will be Rs. 800/- for the reserved categories.

TS PGLCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

All the applicants seeking admissions through TS PGLCET must ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for it. The detailed eligibility criteria for TS PGLCET is given below:

  • Qualifying exam: The applicants are required to complete a 3 year or 5-Year Integrated Law course.
  • Qualifying exam results awaited: Those candidates waiting for their final year results can also attempt the exam. Admission will only be granted if they clear it before the counselling process starts.
  • Experience: Applicants applying for TS PGLCET must have a minimum experience of 3-years as a judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the day of the exam.
  • Nationality and domicile: Admission is open for all the Indian nationals who meet local/unreserved status requirements.

TS PGLCET 2023 Admit Card

TS PGLCET admit cards are expected to be available for download a few days before the commencement of TS PGLCET. Students need to remember that admit cards will be available online only and not be sent via post. The admit card will contain all the information like personal details, roll number of the applicant, date & time for commencement of the examination, and the exam centre.

TS PGLCET 2023 Preparation Tips

  • The applicants must make a time-table for studying and completing the whole syllabus on time.
  • The applicants must stay updated with the day to day legal decisions.
  • Prepare the syllabus from different books of law and political science.
  • Try to solve as many previous year papers, sample papers as possible on a daily basis.

TS PGLCET 2023 Results

The TS PGLCET 2023 results will be declared in the month of July. All the information like the overall and section marks, and also the rank obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam will be stated in TS PGLCET result which will be released in the form of Rank cards. Candidates should remember that the result will be made available online.

TS PGLCET 2023 Counselling

Students are required to take part in the counselling after the TS PGLCET 2023 results will be out. The seat will be allotted on the basis of two factors, candidate’s ranking and the number of vacant seats in that particular college. There will be 2 counselling rounds for TS PGLCET exam. Follow the given steps for the counselling process:

  • Students who will be allotted a seat needs to verify their documents. The list of documents needed to be verified are mentioned below:
