UID DAT 2023 Application Form

For undergraduate and postgraduate courses the UID application form is published online. Prior to actually applying for the UID 2023 entrance exam, the applicant must register himself/herself. One applicant is required to submit only one application. It does not accept multiple application forms. 4 years of undergraduate and 2-year postgraduate programs will be offered by UID Ahmedabad.

How to Fill UID Design Aptitude Test 2023 Application Form in Online Mode?

Step 1 – Registration

Applicants must first register for the UID Design Aptitude Test application form. The following details must be entered:

• First name
• Middle name
• Last name
• Mobile number
• Email address

Candidates must click on ‘I’m not a robot and click on ‘Create New Account after submitting the above-mentioned details. An email would be sent to the student’s email ID, indicating their username and password.

Step 2 – Login

By entering their username and password, candidates can log in.

Step 3 – Course Details

Applicants have to select the course in this section of the application form from the drop-down menu they want to follow. They have to click on the ‘Next’ button after submitting the details.

Step 4 – Personal Details

Applicants must provide the following details in this part of the UID Design Aptitude Test application form:

• Title
• Middle name
• Alternate mobile number
• Alternate email
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Blood group
• STD Code
• Have you appeared for an admission interview at UID earlier? (Y/N)

After submitting the details, click on the ‘Next’ button.

Step 5 – Enter Family Details

Applicants need to fill in the family details in this section of the UID Design Aptitude test application form, such as:

• Father’s annual income
• Father’s profession
• Father’s contact number
• Father’s educational qualification

• Mother’s profession

After submitting all the details, candidates have to click on the ‘Next’ button

Step 6 – Enter Address Details

In the UID Design Aptitude Test application form, applicants have to fill in the following details:

Step 7 – Educational Details

Candidates need to submit the details related to their 10th and 12th classes in this part of the UID Design Aptitude Test application form.

Step 8 – Work Experience and Other Details

Applicants have to answer the questions from the choices given in the drop-down menu regarding their work experience.

• List of achievements
• List of extracurricular and community activities
• Previous design exposure

Step 9 – Select Test Centres

Applicants must pick a test center of their preference from the drop-down menu, then choose the United World UG financing source from the drop-down menu and then select it.

Step 10 – Upload Documents

Applicants have to upload their images according to the above-mentioned specifications, tick ‘I agree’, and then select the ‘Submit and make payment button.

Step 11 – Make the Payment

The payment has to be made in online mode by applicants. The following options given in the table can be used to pay the UID Design Aptitude Test application fee:

How to Fill UID Design Aptitude Test Application Form in Offline Mode?

Candidates may access and fill in the form in their own handwriting and send it to the address below, together with certified documents, like the image and signature of the applicant. A Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 2000 must also be sent to them and sent with the application form. The DD must be drawn in favor of the United World Institute of Design payable at Ahmedabad.

UID Application Fee

Only after the transaction of the fees is the application form deemed finished. The form fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. For every applicant, regardless of caste, gender, and religion, the UID registration form fee is 2000/-.
