The IIHM eChat 2023 will take place on January 14, 2023. IIHM has made available the exam date and the application. IIHM eCHAT (Electronic Common Hospitality Aptitude Test) 2023 is an online national-level examination conducted by the International Institute of Hotel Management to admit applicants to numerous hotel management programs offered by partaking institutes throughout India.

Applicants who meet all conditions will be eligible to apply for IIHM eCHAT. The course registration is subject to these criteria and applicants should read the following points attentively and apply for the course only if they are eligible. The following criteria must be met.
Interested candidates must pass the senior secondary (10+2) test from an accredited institution.
Note: Candidates who will be taking the final +2 exam are also qualified to take the entrance test.
Important: Applicants must be prepared for admission with all necessary educational documentation.
Applicants must be older than 22 years old at the time of admission.
The applicants must have received at least a 50% on their qualifying exam.
Applicants must have finished their schooling in English.
Both online and offline, the application form of IIHM eCHAT is available. Forms may be submitted by applicants on the official website or on all IIHM campuses. Details of IIHM eCHAT 2023 registration online and offline are provided below:
Candidates can collect both the registration form and the prospectus on any IIHM campus and send it in person or by post at their respective campus.
You can also download the application form from the College’s official website, fill out it fully, and send it to any campus of the IIHM. Fees may be remitted in favor of the IIHM by cash or by cheque or a draught request of INR 600.
Applicants can also register online on the official website for IIHM eCHAT. If an applicant submits a form online, then the form will be sent via post to his / her address. Only after the receipt of the exam fees paid by the applicant in online mode will the online registration be activated.
Marks/Score Requirements: The applicants must have received at least a 50% on their qualifying exam.
Language/Subject Criteria: Applicants must have finished their schooling in English.
The registration fee can be paid in any of the IIHM campuses by cash/cheque/demand draught (DD). The DD is payable in favor of the “International Institute of Hotel Management” and in Delhi / Kolkata / Pune / Bangalore / Jaipur / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad payment is to be made via DD. The INR 600 application fee is applicable.
Once the application form has been successfully submitted, the eCHAT 2023 admit Card will be sent by e-mail to applicants.
After the application has been submitted, candidates will receive their IIHM eCHAT 2023 admit card via email. Candidates can download their admit cards by doing the following:

Only through online mode will the candidates be able to access their admit cards.
The admit card must be downloaded from the official website by the applicants.
To access or download the admit card, candidates must use their registered login credentials.
Examining all of the information on the admit card and printing additional copies of the same are requirements for candidates.
The admit card and another form of identification must be brought by the candidates to the testing location for verification.
Any candidate who does not carry his admission card in their allocated IIHM eCHAT testing facility will not be permitted to take the entry test.
IIHM eCHAT is an online entrance exam to be performed in various towns and cities in India. Any testing center nearest to them will be allowed to be picked by applicants. In addition, applicants can also pick their own IIHM eCHAT exam times.
Candidates must realise that timing and test centre selection are subject to availability. If the specific center and the time frame are not available, applicants are requested to select another one.

In the twenty-four hours following the exam, applicants will receive their results. After successfully completing the examination, applicants nominated for group discussion and personal interview will be invited.
On the basis of their performances in group discussions and personal interview round the applicants will also be shortlisted after the IIHM eCHAT 2023 has taken place. Applicants must download and preserve the score sheet for further use. During the counselling process you may be asked for it.
IIHM publishes a final merit list based on combined scores from the examination, group discussion and interview. The merit list includes the names and ranks of students who have been admitted to different IIHM campuses throughout the country.
On the official website, applicants can check a merit list. A few days after the GD-PI process it will be uploaded online. The applicants are called for counselling on the basis of their ranks.
How to Download IIHM eCHAT Merit List?

The IIHM Merit List 2023 will include applicants who have completed the eCHAT 2023 examination, group discussion, and interview. The Merit List will be formulated based on the ranks of the marks scored. On the basis of eCHAT Merit List 2023, applicants will be called for counseling and seat allotment.
