Following is the detailed eligibility criteria for GUJCET 2023:

Nationality

• The candidate has to be a citizen of India and belong to the domicile of Gujarat in order to be eligible for application. The candidate must provide a certificate of residence as proof of the same.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have passed his/her 10+2 examination from the state board of Gujarat or any other recognized board of India.
• For engineering courses, the candidate should have passed the qualifying examination in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects. The candidate should have secured minimum marks of 45% for the general category, and 40% for SC/ST and SEBC.
• For pharmacy degree courses, the candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects. The candidate should have secured minimum marks of 45% for the general category, and 40% for SC/ST and SEBC.
• For pharmacy diploma courses, the candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects.
• Appearing candidates are eligible to apply.

Other Important Information

• Application forms will be available on the official website for GUJCET 2023, however, candidates have to pay the application fee through an offline medium via demand draft. Candidates can apply till the second week of April 2023.
• Admit cards will be made available online, and candidates can download the same using their login credentials.
• The exam will be held in April 2023 through pen and paper mode.
• Answer keys will be made available after the examination is held so that candidates can get a rough estimate of their scores.
• The merit list will differ as per the institutes and programs applied for. The counseling process will commence through online mode.
