Tentatively, in February month, Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will issue the application form of the GUJCET 2023 on its official website. Before the deadline, applicants can submit the application form of GUJCET for 2023 in online mode. Before filling out the application form, applicants should make sure that they meet all the GUJCET 2023 eligibility requirements. Registration, application fee payment, filling out the application form, uploading required documents, and printing the filled-in form are the steps involved in filling the GUJCET 2023 application form.
Every year Gujarat Secondary and High School Board publishes the GUJCET application form in online mode tentatively in the month of February. Applicants must complete the application form by the specified deadline. After the deadline, no applications will be accepted. The following is a list of the steps involved in filling the GUJCET application form:
Step 1- Registration Process: Applicants must have to register by providing some required basic information such as Applicant’s name, Applicant’s DoB, Active mobile number, and Valid email address. After the registration has been successfully done, applicants will receive credentials details such as their login ID & password by message and an email on their registered communication details.
Step 2- Payment of Application Fees: The applicants must pay the application fee through a credit card /debit card or net banking facility in online mode. The application fee is also payable through Challan by visiting any nearest SBI branch. It is recommended that students keep the payment receipt safe until the admission process is completed.
Step 3- Filling Detailed Application Form: Applicants must log in via their login ID & password in order to fill out the application form. Applicants will have to fill in their Parent’ details, Educational qualification details, Communication address, the Exam city preference, and other required details. All information submitted by applicants must be accurate and only according to the official documents.
Step 4- Uploading Documents: Applicants will have to upload images (scanned) of recent passport-size photo & signature. The size & format of the scanned images must be according to the specification given in the official brochure.
Step 5- Final Submission of Form: Once you upload the images, then the application form of the GUJCET will be automatically submitted. Students must print out the system-generated confirmation page & filled-out the application form. Applicants are advised to keep the printout of the application form safe until the admissions process is completed.

Applicants interested in applying for GUJCET 2023 must meet certain minimum requirements, which includes Applicant’s age, Applicant’s nationality, and academic qualifications. Applicants who meet these requirements will be considered eligible to appear for the exam and then to apply for engineering & degree/diploma in pharmacy programs. Applicants should be aware that the admission committee, i.e. ACPC, has specified the GUJCET 2023 eligibility criteria. Those planning to appear for the exam should have all of the necessary documents on hand to demonstrate their eligibility at all stages of the selection process.
The eligible applicants should satisfy all the following rules of Domicile to apply for GUJCET:
Domicile Rule 1: The applicants should be a permanent domicile of the state (Gujarat).
Domicile Rule 2: The applicants must have acquired Class 10th & 12th (Gujarat Board). Applicants who have acquired Class 10th & 12th (CBSE)will also be eligible to appear for the exam. However, He/she should have attended a school in the state of Gujarat.
Domicile Rule 3: Applicants who have acquired their class 10th & 12th from such schools which were located in Union Territories of Dadra Nagar & Haveli, Daman & Diu, can also be eligible to apply for the exam. The applicant’s parent must be Gujarati.
Domicile Rule 4: Applicants who have acquired class 10th & 12th (ICSE/ISE board) from any Gujarati schools will be eligible to appear for the exam.
Domicile Rule 5: Applicants who have acquired Class 10 & 12 through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) can also appear for the exam. However, the center of study should be allocated in the state of Gujarat.
Before preparing for the examination, students must know about the GUJCET examination pattern. Tentatively, in the 2nd week of May 2023, the GUJCET 2023 entrance examination will be held in offline mode. The exam will be conducted to determine eligibility for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy programs. The question asked in the exam will from the subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, & Biology. The exam will be conducted for three hours. Qualified students will be able to enroll in various government/ non-government Engineering & pharmacy colleges in Gujarat.

To make the admission process easier, registration for counseling is assumed to begin from June 2023. To get admission, all the eligible candidates must attend the counseling process of the GUJCET 2023. All original documents will be required to bring at the time of counseling and will be specified in the notification of GUJCET 2023. The ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) will organize the GUJCET counseling process in 2023. Students will have to qualify for the exam to participate in the process of counseling.
